Instructions for use

1. Wash the cup with neutral detergent before the first use. Do not use chlorine, bleach or strong detergents.

2. Turn the lid clockwise to tighten the lid to prevent leakage. Open the lid by turning counter-clockwise.

3. Please clean with hot water or cleaning fluid after using.

4. Children should use the products under adult supervision or with proper instructions before use.

Maintenance:

1. It should be cleaned after use to avoid generation of odor or stains.

2. Keep the container dry when storing for a long duration of time.

Note:  

1. The contents in the vacuum flask may be very hot. Please be very careful when consuming the content to avoid severe burn.

2. Place set a safe distance away from children to prevent burns or injury.

3. Please do not put dry ice or carbonated drinks, as they may create high-pressure causing injury.

4. Please do not except insurance as heat, cold outside for other purposes.

5. Avoid dropping, collision or a strong shock to the container as it may cause deformation of cup and effect efficiency of the product.

6. Please clean the container from inside as soon as possible after consuming the contents to avoid decay to inside liner.

7. Do not put into the dishwasher.

1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. Thay are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subjet to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 35 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

6. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7.What is your payment term? Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
